These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClientDesk's services. By accessing or using ClientDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About ClientDesk
ClientDesk is an AI-assisted WhatsApp communication platform currently in beta. It helps businesses manage incoming WhatsApp messages through AI-drafted responses reviewed and approved by staff before delivery.
Beta service
ClientDesk is currently offered as a beta service. This means:
- Features and functionality may change without notice
- The service may experience interruptions or downtime
- We are actively improving the platform based on user feedback
- Access is currently by invitation only and may be limited or revoked at our discretion
Acceptable use
By using ClientDesk, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful business communication purposes
- Not use the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content
- Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
WhatsApp and Meta
ClientDesk operates using the WhatsApp Business API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of ClientDesk is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms and policies.

Data and privacy
Your use of ClientDesk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual property
ClientDesk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClientDesk S.R.L. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
ClientDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Given that we are in beta, we strongly recommend that all AI-generated responses be reviewed by a qualified staff member before delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientDesk S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ClientDesk at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our users, us, or third parties.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ClientDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
